CANCELLATION POLICY
01) We understand that circumstances may arise which may require registered attendees to cancel their participation. In such instances refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
• 75% Refund till 10th Nov. 2025
• 50% refund till 15th December 2025
• No Refunds for cancellation requested on or after 15th January 2026.
02) No refund of accommodation will be applicable under any circumstances.
03) All refunds will be processed 45 days after the completion of the conference. Please note that any bank transfer fees or currency conversion fees associated with 04) the refund will be deducted from the refund amount.
TERMS AND CONDITION
01) Registration cannot be transferred to any other person.
02) Organizer will not be responsible for any mailers or information delivery failure in case the incomplete registration form or incorrect details.
03) For accompanying persons below 6 Years, registration is free.
